___ Please join us on Tuesday, November 21 for the beginning of the 'Night of the Living Droids!' event. The sim will dramatically change as the droids rise up to destroy all organics on the planet. Players will be forced to survive as droids take over the streets in an endless wave of metal; to scrounge for food and supplies alongside each other by braving the droid run streets, or stealing it from other survivors. Through the madness someone will have to find a way to shut down the droids, solve the mystery of the uprising, and take back their streets in an epic battle on Friday, November 24. A few rules for the event:

• The market and a few select buildings will be 'droid free', meaning that people have boarded up, barricaded or otherwise secured the location. Outside of these zones, however, players should RP being in constant danger of attack from rogue droids.
• Communications on Talus will be spotty at best, as the droids have jammed the holonet for the planet. Communications off planet will be impossible, and on planet the longest range would be 100m. Please RP accordingly.
• During the event, the planet will be under an energy field that prevents orbital bombardment and ships from landing, however it has small flaws that allow small transports to enter and leave. These flaws would be difficult to navigate and at best large enough for a freighter to pass through, no larger than a YT-1300.
• The roof of the medical building will be under heavy guard and shielded with an additional energy field. This area is off limits until the final fight, and gives off strange energy readings.
